The Net is a weekly meeting open to both men and women.
Meetings are held each Tuesday evening from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and are open to anyone that would like to attend regardless of their religious affiliation or beliefs.
Meetings are currently being held at Uncle Dan’s BBQ located at 1001 Lake Air Drive in Waco, TX. We have a meeting room located next to the main dinning area.
Those who want to eat before the meeting are welcome to join around 5:45 as we dine together.
This is not a Bible study. “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” – Proverbs 27:17. These meetings are meant to serve as a platform to challenge and be challenged in true agape love. The Net is designed to be a fellowship arena for men and women, both churched and un-churched, to be fed and challenged as they discover and develop their own unique spiritual gifts. A multi-denominational platform where those that are not currently plugged into the Body are offered the opportunity of finding a local Band of Brothers to plug into. And where those that might be currently plugged into a fellowship can speak and challenge others as they are challenged as well. Men and women are free to discuss their different beliefs and share their personal experiences. A place of encouragement and discovery where we seek truth as we strive to truly become one church and to earnestly walk in one accord.
Waking men up and rekindling the true message. It is called the ‘Good News’ for a reason. The Net offers a place where non-believers can be offered testimony, (and are free to challenge), and all believers are welcomed as a part of the Body of Christ despite their doctrine or where they are currently in their spiritual walk. With the written word as our compass and the Holy Spirit as our guide, we pursue the hearts of men and women as we attempt to open all our eyes to the worth and purpose of each of us in the Church and to the Kingdom. No one is disqualified, no one is unwelcome and we strive to leave no one behind.
Give a man a fish and he is fed for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he is fed for a lifetime.
By offering a platform for men and women to discover and develop their own spiritual gifts they are given the opportunity not only to be fed, but to feed others. As we welcome challenge we do not avoid conflict. We ask others that wish to speak out to prepare to be challenged in the same manner. Not for the sake of the conflict, but for the sake of strengthening our understanding and our beliefs. Challenge brings conflict and conflict brings about change. The world will most certainly challenge our beliefs. It is in the conflict of that challenge that the world will be changed.
We hope to open the hearts of others as we awaken the heart of God that dwells within each of us. Equipping men and women to stand boldly as they take their place in the advancement of His Kingdom. Through this encouragement and opportunity we hope to awaken leaders while sending every believer out to reclaim their family, their community and their church.

“Because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by Him we cry, Abba, Father.” – Romans 8:14
